WARRANTY RULES
- Please utilize our warranty claim department for troubleshooting or replacements.
- To qualify for warranty replacement, please register your product within 30 days of purchase.
- Please retain your receipt to qualify for warranty replacement.
- A $6.99 shipping and handling fee applies to each item replaced. Additional shipping charges apply to out-of-country warranty shipping.
- You must have the Vuber product in your possession to qualify for warranty replacement. Verification required.
- Vuber does not issue refunds for any new or used products.
- Instructional videos are available under each product page, on the Vuber website.
- Most warranty claims are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Discontinued Products will be replaced with other products at Vuberβs discretion.
- Occasionally products are out of stock and additional wait times may be required.
- Heating coils, atomizers, Dabber elements, Dabber glass, and broken cartridges are not covered under warranty. Malfunctions caused by lack of cleaning, maintenance, leaking cartridges, and broken cartridges is also not covered under warranty.
- Vuber reserves the right to refuse service/warranty requests based on your warranty history with Vuber. Excessive amounts of warranty claims or fraudulent warranty submissions will be denied.
