Vuber is proud to offer a limited-lifetime warranty on all Vuber devices, backed by our customer care and product expert team. We warranty our vaporizers against failure for the lifetime of the product. Damage caused by improper use, physical abuse, moisture exposure, or any activity other than vaping – will not be covered under warranty.  As of December 1, 2021, there is a shipping and handling fee of $6.99 per item replaced.  Cartridges, atomizers, glass attachments and heating coils will need to be replaced over time and are therefore are not covered in Vuber’s lifetime warranty.


  • Some retails stores do not accept our warranty services, repairs and/or replacements. Please utilize our warranty claim department for repairs or replacements
  • A $6.99 shipping and handling fee applies to each item replaced.  Additional shipping charges apply to out of country warranty shipping.
  • Vuber does not issue refunds for any new or used products.
  • Instructional videos are available under each product page, on the Vuber website.
  • Please retain your receipt to qualify for warranty replacement.
  • Most warranty claims are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Discontinued Products will be replaced with other products at Vuber’s discretion.
  • Occasionally products are out of stock and additional wait times may be required.

If you are having issues submitting your warranty claim, it is most likely due to video size.  Try to reduce the video size and submit again.
