The Pulse - How do I turn on/off the Pulse?
5 Rapid clicks of the button will turn the device on/off.
The Pulse - How do I adjust the voltage of the Pulse?
The Pulse will automatically default to the correct voltage based on the cartridge atomizer’s resistance. 3 rapid clicks of the button will allow you to customize the preset voltages to the desired level. The voltages that can be selected are 2.8 volts, 3.2 volts, 3.4 volts, and 3.7 volts.
The Pulse - How do I use the Pulse?
Simply attach the cartridge of your choice and the Pulse will select the optimal voltage based on the resistance of the cartridge. Press and hold the button while drawing vapor from the mouthpiece. The voltage will gently taper down by 0.2 volts every three seconds for a total session time of 15 seconds.
The Pulse - Can you use magnetic cartridges with the Pulse?
Yes! The Pulse magnetic adapter is available separately for purchase and can be used with most magnetic cartridges.
The Pulse - Can you use wax atomizers with the Pulse?
Yes! The Pulse Wax Adapter is available separately for purchase and can be used with most atomizers for concentrates.
The Pulse - How do I know when to charge the Pulse?
The battery icon on the Pulse will display the current battery life. When the battery is fully discharged, attach the included USB charger to a USB port to charge.

See user’s manual. Use a small amount of 70% or higher isopropyl (ISO) alcohol on a cotton swab. Gently swab alcohol onto battery contact and other surfaces that may contain residual oil or debris. Dry with clean cotton swab. Do not submerge the battery or any accessories in alcohol or any other cleaner.

Yes! The Pulse features pass-through charging and can be used while it is plugged into a charger.

The Pulse is powered by a rechargeable 400 mAh Lithium Ion battery cell.

Yes, Vuber backs all of its batteries with a Limited Lifetime Warranty* for manufactured defects and craftsmanship. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss/theft of the batteries is not covered under warranty.

The Pulse - What does “No Atomizer” mean on the display?
The battery is not getting a consistent connection with the cartridge. Ensure that the battery connection is clear of any debris and is free of any residue. If needed, see Cleaning Methods. Try testing with another cartridge to see if the issue is with the cartridge and not the battery. Do not over-tighten cartridges when attaching to the battery.
The Pulse - What does “Shorted” mean on the display?
The battery is not able to read the cartridge appropriately. Try testing with another cartridge to see if the issue is with the cartridge and not the battery. Do not over-tighten cartridges when attaching to the battery.
The Pulse - My display isn’t working, what should I do?
Plug the Pulse in to the charger and see if screen works, if not, contact Vuber warranty support for assistance.

The Pulse Touch - How do I use the Pulse Touch?
The Pulse Touch is draw activated and simply needs to be charged and turned on. Tap the bottom of the battery (near the charging port) firmly with your fingertip 5 times to turn the battery on. The Pulse Touch will draw down the voltage as you continue to draw vapor from the cartridge.
The Pulse Touch - How do I power the Pulse Touch on/off?
Tap the bottom of the battery (near the charging port) firmly with your fingertip five times to turn the battery on. Tap again five times to turn the battery off.
The Pulse Touch - How do I check the battery level of the Pulse Touch?
Simply touch the bottom of the battery near the charging port to check the battery level.
The Pulse Touch - The lights on my Pulse Touch are blinking, what do I do?
If the battery blinks three times, it is time to charge your battery. Plug your Pulse Touch into the supplied charging cable and attach to a USB device. The light on the base of the battery will glow, showing that the battery is charging. ii. If the battery is fully charged and the lights are blinking, try turning the cartridge half of a turn counterclockwise to loosen the connection between the battery and cartridge. Try another cartridge to see if it’s an issue with the cartridge or the battery. If the issue persists, reach out to Vuber support for help.
The Pulse Touch - Can the Pulse Touch be used while charging?
Yes! The Pulse Touch features pass through charging; simply attach the provided USB charging cable to a USB outlet. The lights will gently glow while charging but will still allow you to draw while charging.
The Pulse Touch - Can I change the voltage of the Pulse Touch?
No. While the Pulse Touch features the same Never Burn technology, it does not feature a manual override. The Pulse Touch will select the voltage based on the resistance of the cartridge: 1. GREEN – 2.8v 2. PURPLE – 3.2v 3. BLUE – 3.4v 4. RED 3.7v

No, those products are only designed for The Pulse, and will not work with the Pulse Touch due to its draw activated function.

Five clicks of the button will turn the Pilot on or off. The lights behind the button will blink green, blue, or red based on the current setting to indicate that the battery has been turned on/off.

Click the button on the Pilot three times to change the voltage. The voltage is indicated by these colors: 1. GREEN – 2.7 volts 2. BLUE – 3.3 volts 3. Red – 3.7 volts
The Pilot - How do I use the pre-heat function on the Pilot?
Turn the Pilot on and then click the button twice to start the pre-heat setting. This will pre-heat the oil on a low setting for a short period of time. You can end the pre-heat setting at any point by pressing and holding the button down.
The Pilot - How do I know when to recharge my Pilot?
The indicator light on your Pilot will blink rapidly three times in red to indicate that the battery needs to be charged.
The Pilot - My Pilot is blinking pink, purple, or white what do I do?
Try turning the cartridge on half turn counterclockwise to loosen the cartridge. If the issue persists, contact Vuber support.
The Pilot - Can I use the Pulse Wax Atomizer or Magnetic Adapter with the Pilot?
We don’t recommend using attachments with the Pilots due to the size of the battery. It was designed primarily as a battery for cartridge use.
The Pilot - What are the battery specs of the Pilot?

The Pilot - Is the Pilot Covered by Warranty?

The Pilot - My cartridge is stuck, what do I do?
Try firing the battery by pressing down the button to help warm up the oil, while trying short suctioned bursts. It’s possible that some residual oil leaked out of the bottom. If so, clean the battery connection with an iso-soaked cotton swab.

The Atlas - How do I power the Atlas on/off?
Click the button five times to turn the battery on or off.
The Atlas - How do I use the Atlas?
1.For cartridges, simply attach the cartridge to the 510 threads on the Atlas battery. Push the button while drawing vapor from the mouthpiece. 2. For concentrates, attach the Atlas Atomizer or Globe Top atomizer to the battery. Load the concentrate onto the atomizer coils, being careful not to overfill. Press the button while gently drawing vapor from the mouthpiece.

The Atlas - Can I clean the atomizers and reuse them?
No, it is not recommended to clean and reuse the atomizers as they are consumable items. It is recommended that the atomizers be replaced with regular use.
The Atlas - How do you charge the Atlas?
Using the included charger, screw the battery onto the charging port opposite of the USB attachment. Attach to USB charger or device. A Red light indicates that the Atlas is charging, while Green indicates that it is fully charged.
The Atlas - What are the battery specs of the Atlas?
The Pulse is powered by a rechargeable 900 mAh Lithium Ion battery cell and fires at a constant 3.7 volts.

The Dabber - How do I use the Dabber?
1. The Dabber Kit comes pre-packed with everything you need to start dabbing on the go! Remove the glass from the unit and fill the mouthpiece with cool water until it is 1/4 full. Once water is filled, hold upside down over a sink and allow excess to spill out. Make sure that no water comes in to contact with the nail or surrounding areas to avoid damage to electrical components. 2. Select the nail material of your choice (titanium, ceramic, quartz) and screw-in the nail head to the dabber head. 3. Select the temperature for your nail 4. Once the unit has reached dabbing temperature, place your selected concentrate product onto the hot nail and begin inhaling 5. After a majority of the product melts off the dab tool and onto the nail, cover up with the carb cap and continue inhaling. 6. After 25 seconds of being at temperature and in use, the unit will shut off. Id there is remaining product left in the nail you can turn the battery back on with the carb cap and continue inhaling to continue getting vapor.
The Dabber - How do I use Titanium dabber head?
Titanium – (550 degrees Fahrenheit): Click the on/off button three times rapidly to power on at 550 F. The battery indicator will blink white and then turn green when it has reached temperature.
The Dabber - How do I use Ceramic and Quartz dabber head?
Ceramic and Quartz – (650 degrees Fahrenheit) : Click the on/off button five times rapidly to power on at 650 F. The battery indicator will blink green and then turn white when it has reached temperature.
The Dabber - How do I use Ceramic and Quartz dabber head?

The Dabber - How do I change the nail heads?
Ensure that the nail head is cool after using. Do not attempt to handle nail directly after a session! Gently grab the nail using your fingertips and unscrew counterclockwise. Once you’ve unthreaded the nail, simply select and attach your new nail by reversing the process.
The Dabber - The Dabber isn’t heating up, but the lights appear to be working as expected. What do I do?
This could be an issue with your Dabber head. Try to unscrew the dabber head and carefully re-attach the Dabber head by gently turning the dabber head clockwise, ensuring that you do not cross-thread. If the issue persists, you will likely need a replacement Dabber head.

The Dabber - How do I clean the glass?
Remove the glass pieces from the dabber head and soak both pieces in 70% or above isopropyl (ISO) alcohol. Ensure that all residual alcohol is rinsed out of the bottom piece before using again.
The Dabber - Can I clean the nail heads?
The nail heads are designed to be replaceable over time and should not be cleaned. Replacements can be ordered direct from Vuber’s online store.
The Dabber - The LED lights are blinking on the Dabber, what’s going on?
1. The Dabber will blink eight times in white and green when the battery is low, indicating that it needs to be recharged. 2. If the LED is flashing 3 times, there is an issue with the heating element. Attempt to re-attach the dab head and/or nail head and try again.
The Dabber - How do I clean the Dabber?
1. To clean residual product left in the nail after use, a cotton swab works best while the unit is still warm but not hot. 2. Use an alcohol on a cotton swab to clean any residual oil left on the dabber head after regular use. Ensure that any alcohol is removed or dried before using again.
The Dabber - How do you charge the Dabber?
Attach the included USB cable to the back of the battery. A Red light indicates that the Dabber is charging, while Green indicates that it is fully charged.

Vuber Support - I have multiple batteries to warranty, what do I do?
Each battery will need it’s own warranty claim form filled out and tracked separately. At this time we can not combine warranty claims.
Vuber Support - I haven’t received my product yet, what do I do?
Check to see that you received a confirmation shipping email from Vuber. If you haven’t received an email, it’s possible that your product may be on backorder – it will ship as soon as we restock at our warehouse.
